Ready to take the creative lead? We’re searching for a Graphic Designer to join our in‑house team and shape the visual identity of a major Pharma events portfolio. You’ll collaborate directly with marketing teams, own projects from concept to delivery, and produce standout creative across digital and print.
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing digital assets, print materials, event branding, marketing collateral, and web graphics
* Working in a fast-paced environment with ongoing campaign updates and adaptations
* Taking full ownership of projects—from initial brief to polished final output
* Presenting your work confidently and managing feedback and revisions
* Ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables
* Managing multiple projects at once and meeting tight deadlines
* Maintaining an organised approach to file management and time tracking
🧠 What You’ll Bring
* 4+ years’ experience in graphic design
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Confidence communicating with stakeholders and presenting designs
* Strong organisational and time management skillsA collaborative mindset and positive attitude
* Familiarity with Figma
* Basic motion graphics abilities
* Curiosity about AI design tools
* 📍 Hybrid: 3 days per week in the London office
