Fabric Build Project Manager 📍 London (W1S) 💷 £60,000 – £70,000 + benefits (or day‑rate equivalent) 🕗 Mon–Fri | 8am–4pm We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in building fabric works to lead refurbishments, fit‑outs, maintenance, and minor works across education, healthcare, heritage, and commercial projects. This is a delivery‑focused role suited to someone comfortable managing projects in live, operational environments, with a practical, trade‑led mindset.
