This position plays a key role in supporting business performance through in-depth analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking across retail, CRM, and wholesale channels. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights to senior management, support the PMB team with tailored analysis, and contribute to strategic decision-making by developing reporting tools and monitoring data quality. The role also involves supporting CRM analytics and customer behavior tracking, as well as delivering reporting and performance analysis for the EMEI wholesale network.
Key Responsibilities
Focus on business and retail
* Analyse and report on weekly, monthly, and yearly trade, providing insights to maximize business performance.
* Support in the preparation of presentations to top Management, including monthly report, markets visit trade reports, etc
* Support and assist the PMB team with appropriate and ad’hoc deep dived analysis
* Act as the primary point of contact for tracking and monitoring KPIs at the store and sales associate level.
* Oversee the follow-up and performance tracking of events and capsule collections.
* Data quality monitoring
* Conduct ad hoc analysis on store performance, product categories, capsules, markdowns, etc. to support Merchandising and our Retail Directors.
* Collaborate with the Business Analyst to update existing reporting and analyse sales trends.
* Develop new reporting formats to support data-driven decisions in buying and stock management.
Development of CRM Analysis
* Support in the update and creation of new KPIs based on customers’ behaviour:
* Monthly Customer business reports (customer typology & customer category) at various level (region, stores)
* Customer behaviour analysis with product categories and seasonality
Wholesale/Franchise
* Generate monthly Wholesale Performance Report, tracking sales and invoicing for the client portfolio
* Generate monthly Franchise Reports, tracking sales, budget and invoicing
* Generate monthly Product Performance Report, highlighting best seller, slow movers and missed opportunities
* Create individual Client Business Reports in preparation for Business meetings, Market and Travel
* Support wholesale team with data upload and collection
Qualifications & Skills
* Advanced experience with Excel and data management.
* Strong Analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
* Bachelor's degree in business or engineering school. Prior experience in business analysis / finance is a strong advantage
* Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to high-quality output.
* Proactive, open-minded, and capable of thinking creatively and innovatively.
* Resourceful and hands-on, with strong initiative and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
* Power BI knowledge is a plus
* Critical thinking and commercial awareness
