What you’ll be doing: Plan, teach and assess engaging, hands-on lessons that bring hairdressing to life. Track student progress, plan interventions and help every learner shine. Deliver a range of programmes and qualifications from Level 1 to Level 3. Build strong relationships with students and colleagues through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Lead by example, inspiring learners to be industry-ready professionals. What we’re looking for: A highly organised, creative individual with a passion for teaching and learning. Someone with strong class management skills and a supportive, positive approach. Teaching experience or training delivery is ideal but not essential. All candidates will start at the introductory salary scale point unless certain criteria are met. Lecturers will normally move up to the highest salary scale once one full academic year of teaching for our group is complete. (Lecturers must be in post by 1 st September in any given year to qualify and this is subject to approval).
