BaptistCare is seeking a Pathways Team Leader to guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering holistic, wrap-around support to vulnerable and marginalised communities. The role includes Hub oversight of a multidisciplinary team, including students, and volunteers. This is your opportunity to lead with purpose, foster well-being, and make a lasting impact. About You: Degree or Diploma in Community Services, Counselling, Social Work or related field Clinical membership of relevant professional body (e.g. PACFA - Psychotherapy and Counsellors Association of Australia) Minimum of three (3) years working in a Counselling &/or community-based Case Worker role Mental Health First Aid accreditation, Trauma Informed Care training (or willingness to participate in training) Demonstrate exceptional leadership and provide guidance to the team during client crises, leveraging problem-solving skills, high-level client intervention skills, advocacy skills, and knowledge of the service sector to drive successful outcomes Child Protection training / knowledge / experience Ability to work within an integrated approach that is person centred and includes strengths base, narrative Demonstrates understanding of DFV, Suicidality, self-harm and risk screening Experience working with women from CALD backgrounds (sex workers, DV, LGBT communities) or individuals who may be experiencing complex concerns Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Hold a current Working with Children Check Current NSW Drivers Licence About Us: BaptistCare is a leading for-purpose Christian-based care organisation that supports thousands of people across more than 100 locations in NSW, ACT and WA.
