Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the general running of the office
* Collaborate with other members of the office team
* Keep records in the CRM system up to date
* Correspond with clients and third parties by telephone and email
* Handle complex queries
Key Skills & Experience:
* At least 1 year's experience in an administrative role preferred
* Naturally motivated and able to work in an efficient manner
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT proficient with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Enthusiastic and vibrant personality
