About the Role
We are seeking two talented Mid-Level Urban Designers to join our London studio and contribute to a variety of international masterplanning and urban design projects.
You will work closely with architects, placemaking specialists, and other designers, helping to develop high-quality design solutions that positively shape the urban environment. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills, gain exposure to international projects, and be part of a collaborative and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and present concept designs, masterplans, and high-quality design materials.
* Produce visualisations, drawings, models, and reports to support project delivery.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and innovative design solutions.
* Contribute to design discussions and project development, maintaining high standards of quality.
* Support project documentation and ensure accurate records are maintained.
About You
* Professional degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture, with a Masters in Urban Design.
* 3–6+ years’ experience in urban design and masterplanning, ideally including international projects (Middle East experience is a plus).
* Proficient in Rhino. Knowledge of Grasshopper is advantageous.
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality, impactful urban design solutions.
