Job Description
* Serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Managing a busy switchboard, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate individuals.
* Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
* Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
* Coordinating mail distribution within the organisation.
* Assisting with the organisation of meetings and events.
* Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the Secretarial & Business Support department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
* Experience in a front-of-house or reception role.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to multitask.
* A high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
