E/CTRM Software Sales Manager - £100-120k Basic + 100% OTE
My client is a new and innovative, commodity trading software automation / AI business whose software complements (rather than replaces) existing E/CTRM and other Trading IT software. They are going through rapid global growth and are looking for an experienced E/CTRM or Commodity Trading Data New Business Sales Hunter / Manager.
Based from anywhere in Europe, although you'll need to live near a major international airport and be happy to travel to client site to meet and sell to clients. Although a relative newly established global commodity trading software business, they are backed by a large global commodity trading house who have offices in Central London and Geneva which you can use if you wish (or you can be 100% remotely based), whilst also sharing their HR and Back Office support functions.
Their product is Cloud, SaaS based so is easy to implement (5-10 weeks) with deal sizes of €50k-€500k, is award winning and as it helps to automate trading, already it has been sold and being used by numerous clients globally (mainly Singapore, Europe and the US).
You will join as their standalone new business sales hunter in Europe (or even EMEA), selling their solutions, whilst working closely with your Sales Manager colleagues based in Singapore and the US, so it's important that you are a sales hunter as opposed to an Account Manager, keen to prospect and close new business deals.
Reporting into the Global CEO (who also has a strong Global CTRM Sales pedigree), you'll receive support from him but he is really looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a track record in end-to-end E/CTRM sales.
Salary: Flexible but circa £100-120k basic (UK) / €110-130k basic (Continental Europe) / 150-170k CHF basic (Switzerland) + uncapped commission structure + benefits
Key skills sought:
* Proven track record in E/CTRM software sales, although could be in Commodity Data Sales (ideally 5 years+) is 100% ESSENTIAL
* It is essential that you can display a recent strong track record in new business sales
* This is an English speaking role so fluency in English is essential, with fluency in other European languages being useful, including in French, German and Spanish
* My client will NOT sponsor visas, so you will need a British or Irish passport or UK Visa allowing you to live and work in the UK (if UK based). If you are to be based remotely in another European country, you'll need a European passport or visa for that country allowing you to live and work there without any sponsoring needed
