City Junior School is a co-educational junior school which opened its doors in September 2022. Located in the historic and peaceful surroundings of Grays Inn, our architecturally designed buildings reflect traditional values alongside a modern and innovative approach to education.
We are seeking an experienced Accompanist and Piano Teacher to join the City Junior School Music Department from January 2026 (for Spring 2026 only). The role currently comprises one full day of piano teaching on Wednesdays, with additional responsibilities as accompanist for our flagship choir (1.5 hours total) on Wednesday and Thursday mornings before school. Accompanying to a high level is an important aspect of this role as the choir performs to a high standard and competes at a national and international level.

Our programme of concerts and performance opportunities makes the most of our central location and access to the facilities of the City of London Corporation.
