Commercial Property ParalegalOur client, a leading regional law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team and to support on a broad range of real estate matters.What you’ll be doing:
* Handling day-to-day client files including leasehold/freehold acquisitions, deeds, licences, agreements, and more
* Drafting and negotiating property documents from precedent or heads of terms
* Reviewing title (registered & unregistered), raising requisitions, and advising on defects
* Managing completions, post-completion (SDLT/LTT, HMLR), and preparing reports
* Liaising with clients, surveyors, and lawyers clearly and confidently
* Supporting client projects, secondments, and providing training where required
* Maintaining intranet systems, forecasts, deed schedules, and compliance protocols
