Overview
Melody Care is a quality, trusted, and award-winning provider of home care services. We are recruiting Carers to join our established team working with vulnerable adults in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey. Based at the branch that is most convenient for you (Aldershot, Alton, Camberley/Farnborough).
We offer guaranteed hour contracts of 10, 16, 25, and 35 hours per week. Hours available: 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 11pm. To qualify, you will need to work at least one evening per week and some hours on alternate weekends. We do not offer the Certificate of Sponsorship. All applicants must be a car driver with their own car.

The Role
As a Carer, you\'ll support clients in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey, providing high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team. You\'ll be supported by our care management team to ensure your success and career growth.
Responsibilities
As a Carer, you will help clients in the community with:
* Medication
* Personal Care
* Meal preparation and nutrition
* Shopping
* Arranging and accompanying clients to appointments
* Companionship
* Light cleaning duties
