Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers both over the phone and in-person
Printing and embroidering garments to client specifications
Ensuring the correct running and maintenance of machinery
Conducting quality control checks to ensure product excellence
Maintaining a clean and organized workshop environment
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a workshop, production role or willing to learn
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentCore skills required
