FM Assistant, Band 2 - £12.92 per hour (£25,272 per annum pro rata), Derwent Centre, Harlow, 23 hours per week (Wed to Sat).
Clean all areas required in the work schedules which include toilets, corridors, offices, clinic rooms, store rooms, etc. Cleaning duties include dusting, mopping, wiping, changing bins.
Main duties of the job
Participate in the provision of in‑house FM services to a specified area within the Trust, which may include in‑patient wards, admin/clinical areas and retail outlets. Provide cleaning, catering, portering, bed making and laundering services where applicable. Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for patients, trust staff and visitors in line with the National Standards of Cleanliness. Demonstrate a flexible approach, excellent interpersonal and customer skills, and use initiative to prioritise and organise duties.
