What you will do:
* Take a lead role in delivering and maintaining high-quality services for children and families
* Manage and assess a protected caseload of children and young people with complex needs, risks, and vulnerabilities
* Actively promote and support quality control and improvement activities within the team and service
* Mentor and support less experienced team members through sharing expertise and knowledge
* Facilitate case conferences and inter-agency liaison to ensure the best outcomes for clients
