Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget? We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead multiple work packages and drive successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. You'll lead a small team, manage resources, and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate a small project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
2. Plan and secure appropriate resources for successful delivery.
3. Define and agree scope and deliverables for work packages.
4. Establish and manage project milestones, ensuring alignment with programme objectives.
5. Hold regular checkpoint meetings and provide progress reports to the Project Board.
6. Identify and manage risks, issues, and recommend solutions.
7. Ensure delivery of quality outputs within agreed timeframes, budgets, and constraints.
8. Drive all aspects of the project to a successful conclusion, resolving conflicts as needed.
9. Define and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
10. Work within established project disciplines and processes.
What We're Looking For
11. Qualifications:PRINCE2 Practitioner, ISEB Certificate in IS Project Management, Foundation in MSP07 or Management of Risk.Professional body affiliation (APM, PMI, BCS).
12. Experience:5-8 years managing medium to large projects across the full lifecycle.Proven ability to deliver multiple work packages successfully.
13. Skills & Behavioural:Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.Ability to create a positive impression and build strong relationships.
14. Technical:Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
