We’re looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to start their careers in construction and gain hands-on experience across a range of business areas, including:
* Construction
* Commercial
* Technical Services
* Design
* Bid
* Planning
Eligibility criteria:
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (or equivalent), OR 96 UCAS points
Desirable attributes:
* A strong interest in construction and the built environment
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
* Initiative and a proactive approach
* Attention to detail
* Enthusiasm to develop new skills and grow within the industry
