Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive | Manchester - HYBRID | Salary up to £30k
We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive who lives and breathes creativity - someone who can turn ideas into eye-catching visuals and engaging social content. This is a hands-on, hybrid role that blends graphic design with digital storytelling, supporting both brand growth and TikTok Shop activity.
The Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive will be the driving force behind campaign visuals, social media output, and influencer content, ensuring everything feels fresh, on-brand, and commercially smart. Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
* Design on-brand digital assets for campaigns, paid ads, and TikTok Shop.
* Develop product imagery, infographics, and brand guidelines that elevate visual identity.
* Create motion and short-form content (GIFs, Reels, TikToks) that stops the scroll.
* Ensure all creative outputs are consistent, high-quality, and platform-optimised.
* Manage a library of reusable templates for efficient campaign delivery.
Social Media Management:
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches and key campaigns.
* Write captions, adapt copy by platform, and engage with the community in real time.
* Track performance metrics, spotting opportunities to refine and grow engagement.
* Stay up to date with social trends, formats, and emerging platforms.
TikTok Shop & Creator Support:
* Produce creative assets for TikTok Shop, including optimised images, clips, and product graphics.
* Support TikTok Lives with visuals and interactive content.
* Assist with campaign set-up, product updates, and content testing.
* Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships - from outreach and gifting to content delivery.
* Encourage authentic UGC and maintain a database of key creators and partners.
What We're Looking For:
* A creative and commercially minded Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive with at least 2 years' experience, ideally in-house.
* Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects); Canva and CapCut experience a plus.
* Confident producing short-form video and motion graphics for social.
* Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and current digital trends.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
* Strong written communication and copywriting skills for captions and product messaging.
