Join a dynamic digital team and establish an international commerce platform and infrastructure, maximising commercial opportunities using your skillset gained from a consultancy background or a luxury, global lifestyle brand.
The challenge is to develop comprehensive, multi-channel, e-commerce partnerships, content and data generation strategies by creating use cases and workflows with different stakeholders.
This is NOT a technical role but someone who can work with the tech teams in an agile environment and create a new platform at global scale, develop go-to-market strategy and manage the due diligence and governance around the digital community.
The role has 3 main elements:
* Digital Commercialisation
* Community Operations Management (including the white label concierge offering)
* Governance and Compliance
You must have:
Experience in establishing digital commerce platforms / infrastructures either gained in a luxury brand, global consumer lifestyle brand or from a consultancy background.
Working experience with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong stakeholder management – this is essential to identify and corral stakeholders across multiple disciplines to progress against targets.
