Vehicle Technician
Location: ExeterSalary: £30,000 £35,000 per annum + Uncapped Performance BonusMonday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (No Weekends)
Our client is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their busy dealership in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified technician looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional workshop environment.
The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard, ensuring vehicles are safe and roadworthy while delivering exceptional workmanship and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out routine servicing and mechanical repairs
* Diagnosing faults using manufacturer and diagnostic equipment
* Completing warranty work in line with manufacturer standards
* Conducting vehicle health checks and video inspections
* Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and accurately
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary of £30,000 £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Uncapped performance-based bonus scheme
* Additional £120 per month for achieving 100% completion on video inspections
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (excellent work-life balance)

About You
* Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (required)
* EV and F-Gas qualifications preferred but not essential
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Ability to work efficiently and meet productivity targets
* High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
* Team player with a positive attitude
