The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering engaging coaching sessions, supporting talent identification, and contributing to player development and reviews, ensuring that every young player enjoys a positive and inspiring experience at the beginning stage of their football journey. Key Job Outcomes Deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and challenging coaching sessions in line with the club's coaching philosophy. Create a nurturing environment where young players feel confident, supported, and motivated to develop. Work closely with the Pre-Academy Lead to identify and recruit promising players through open sessions, festivals, and ongoing assessments. Participate in regular player reviews, offering constructive feedback to players and parents in a supportive and developmental manner. Support the holistic development of young players, including technical, tactical, physical, psychological, and social elements. Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are upheld at all times. Collaborate with other coaches and recruitment staff to ensure smooth transitions for players progressing through the club’s pathway. This job description sets out the key outcomes required.
