At Daneswood Care Home, we provide specialist care and support for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities in a warm, friendly and supportive environment.
We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to join our caring night team.
Your Role As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality care and emotional support
Assisting with personal care and overnight routines
Carrying out regular wellbeing checks
Supporting residents who may wake during the night
Maintaining a calm, safe and reassuring environment
Completing accurate records and handovers
Shift Pattern for a 2 week rolling rota Week 1:
Monday 21:30-07:30
Tuesday 21:30-07:30
Friday 21:30-08:30
Saturday 20:30-08:30
Sunday 20:30-07:30
Week 2:
Wednesday 21:30-07:30
Thursday 21:30-07:30
