Job Description

Success in this role means providing the support necessary for our leadership to be as effective as possible.
This is not a traditional “diary manager” EA role. It’s a trusted operator who brings judgment, pace, and consistent execution. You’ll blend world-class executive support with light operational ownership to overcome obstacles, drive follow-through, and help the CEO to focus on the highest-impact work.
This is a 3-day/week role, designed to deliver outsized impact through prioritisation, helpful processes, and consistent follow-up.
