About The Role

As Assistant Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the production of monthly management accounts for both Bailey Caravans and PRIMA Leisure. This successful applicant will be not only responsible for delivering accurate and well‑presented information in a timely manner but have the autonomy to shape and improve processes as they see fit, with support from the Management Accounting team.

You will be comfortable working within a team structure and willing to develop with the role in order to support the needs of the business.


Key Responsibilities

* Production of weekly and ad hoc reporting as required
* Complete regular bank and control account reconciliations
* Carry out regular overhead analysis
* Assist the rest of the team with the production of Management Accounts


Your Qualifications & Experience

* Strong Excel skills
* Newly Qualified AAT desirable but not essential
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* High level of attention to detail
* Strong organisation skills
* Confident, with good communication skills

About The Department

Our Finance team plays a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly, managing everything from day‑to‑day transactions to long‑term financial planning. Responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, from budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, the team ensures accuracy, compliance, and transparency across the organisation. With a focus on efficiency and attention to detail, they provide the insight and support needed to drive confident decision‑making and sustainable growth.
