The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Competitive Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 Basic (Depending on experience).
* Performance Bonus: Earn up to £38,000 OTE via efficiency bonuses.
* Hours: Monday – Friday only (Strictly no weekends).

What You Will Be Doing
* Developing Expertise: Moving beyond oil changes into complex repairs on modern German marques.
* Guided Diagnostics: Learning to use advanced software to solve electrical and mechanical issues under the wing of Master Techs.
* Future-Proofing: Getting hands-on experience with the latest hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
* Quality Control: Maintaining the 5-star standards that our Maidstone customers have expected for decades.
