LOCATION: Livingstone Designer Outlet, Scotland

JOB TYPE: Full Time

BPerfect Cosmetics is a fast-growing and ambitious beauty brand, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store at Livingstone Designer Outlet. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded retail professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading and developing your team, and ensuring sales, retail, and customer service targets are achieved. You will champion the BPerfect brand, maintain high standards across all areas of the business, and continuously look for opportunities to grow and improve store performance.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of motivating a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time position, and flexibility is required, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every customer receives a personalised and memorable shopping experience.
* Conduct regular team meetings and briefings, ensuring colleagues are informed, engaged, and knowledgeable about product launches, promotions, and company procedures.
* Lead by example, promoting a positive and high-performing store culture while driving team engagement and accountability.
* Champion the BPerfect brand, demonstrating a passion for our products, values, and customer experience.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Area Manager and Retail Manager, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Encourage reliability, flexibility, and professionalism across the team, adapting to the needs of the business when required.
* Coach and develop team members to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance.
* Identify opportunities to drive sales growth, improve store performance, and support the continued success of the business.

THE INDIVIDUAL: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with strong selling skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Our store will offer a busy and demanding environment with frequent long queues of customers waiting to be served. To succeed you will need to be customer focused with a positive "can-do" attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry.
* Strong sales and commercial awareness, with a proven ability to drive store performance and achieve targets.
* Good knowledge of cosmetics, skincare products, and current beauty trends.
* Ability to build relationships and network effectively to drive both internal and external events, partnerships, and customer engagement opportunities.
* Experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a fast-paced retail environment.
* Familiarity with the BPerfect Cosmetics brand and product range would be advantageous.
