Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to a first-in-market SaaS product.
* Build and manage a small but high-performing sales team, including recruiting, coaching and mentoring.
* Establish scalable sales processes and playbooks for outbound and inbound leads.
* Collaborate with the founders, Product and Marketing teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market approach.
* Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to manage pipeline, track activities and forecast accurately.
* Gather and share customer insights with product teams to influence product roadmap and features.
* Manage partnership outreach and relationships.
* Represent the company at industry events, host webinars and participate in other networking opportunities.
Requirements:
* Significant sales experience in SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role
* Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
* Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
* Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales automation tools.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats and building processes from scratch.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup culture.

Pay: Up to £70,000.00 per year
