As a result of our continued growth, we are looking for additional team members to join our team to help us continue providing outstanding service to our customers based from our office in Heathfield, East Sussex. The Role: The role of Refrigeration Repair Administrator is an important position within our admin team. You will provide excellent customer service to our customers as well as supporting our engineers on the road by raising and scheduling jobs for them. You will be part of a busy but friendly and supportive team. Day to day activities include: • Answering calls from customers and engineers promptly and professionally and dealing with queries and logging jobs where required. • Dealing with emails from customers • Logging jobs on our bespoke database, updating jobs as required to ensure customers are always up to date and stay in the loop. • Logging jobs with our select panel of sub contractors, and subsequently chasing them for updates on job completions. The Person we are looking for: • You must be happy speaking to people on the phone and passionate about providing great customer service. • You must be Self motivated and able to work on your own but also happy to work and support your team mates where needed. • You must be able to build rapport with both our customers and also our team of engineers based around the country and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. • You must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs (Specifially Excel and Outlook) and not afraid of learning new things as you will have to learn to use our bespoke job system. • Previous experience working in a call centre or a position with a heavy customer service focus. • Self Pride and a strong determination to succeed.
