Job Description
Role: Temporary Brand Advisor - Bradford (one day per week)
Salary: £37K- £45k (this will be pro rata and paid on an hourly rate)
Contract length: 1-3 months, with view of extension
Hours: 9am- 5pm Monday- Friday
Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a national utilities business.

Role specific:
* To drive brand consistency and development ensuring all communication channels used by the organisation adhere to the brand guidelines.
* To drive and manage workflow through the team including our in-house studio and external suppliers/agencies, ensuring realistic timescales are set and met and that plans and processes are put in place
* To support the development of brand related projects and collateral to support the wider business in order to achieve key business objectives.
* To drive creativity, innovation within brand activity to achieve brand objectives.
Brand responsibilities
* Is a key contact within the business to support, advise and add value from a brand perspective via the incoming requests we receive from our internal customers or via larger planned projects.
* Advises team members and other internal colleagues/customers on all things brand, such as, but not limited to:
* Ensuring the look and feel of collateral aligns to the brand guidelines
* Appropriate use of channel/media and offering alternative solutions
* Suitability of comms according to the target audience and offering ways of making it better.
* TOV (tone of voice) and adhering to our guidelines
* Core message and narrative – ensuring this aligns with our broader company narrative, strategy and vision where appropriate.
* Implements the brand guidelines across the business, working with key stakeholders to make sure the guidelines are understood, implemented and fit for purpose.
* Has awareness of ongoing campaign activity via the team members in the wider Brand and Marketing team,) and is able to support and add value form a brand perspective when required.
* Works with the brand team to manage incoming workflow and decide on the best course of action to deliver the branded comms required for the business, such as :
o Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their need for comms and can work this into a written brief as well as keeping colleagues informed of progress and timescales of jobs
Skills and Qualifications:
* Significant brand and communication experience
* Excellent organisation skills and able to prioritise workload independently
* Great experience working with Microsoft programmes
* Creative skills to enable strong brand development
* Influencing and communication skills with key stakeholders
* Strong project management and process mapping skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
* Experience and knowledge of working with creative and print agencies
* Knowledge of channels/selected media and using them to target audiences based on experience and customer insight
* Experience of working in similar brand/communications roles
