Salary: Approx A GBP 40,000
Permanent: 40 hours per week
Monday:Friday : Rotating Shifts (05:30:14:00 / 14:00:22:30)
25 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are delighted to be supporting a leading food manufacturer based in Ledbury, who are seeking a Multi:Skilled Engineer to join their growing maintenance team.

The Role
As a Multi:Skilled Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly, ensuring all machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standard. You’ll be involved in planned and reactive maintenance, fault:finding, and continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
* Respond promptly to breakdowns and restore machinery to operational condition.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
* Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Install and modify production equipment to optimise efficiency and safety.
* Source, quote, and order replacement parts where required.
* Support production teams and promote a culture of health, safety, and quality.
About You
* Proven experience across mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines.
* Confident working with production equipment and PLCs.
* Previous experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment is desirable.
* Strong problem:solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Qualifications
* You’ll hold a recognised engineering qualification such as:
* Time:Served Apprenticeship
* City and Guilds in Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
* NVQ Level 4 / ONC / HND / BTEC
