We're an internet company that runs various e-commerce brands that specialise in Personalised Gifts. Our main brands include Super Socks; a custom sock & underwear brand, Dogsy; gifts featuring your dog, Nifty Gifty; Unique Personalised Gifts and Snugzy; The World's Loveable Mini-Me. With high demand from all over the world, our goal is to grow and become one of the largest gift companies globally and service the needs of our customers by creating unique gifting moments that WOW. We take great pleasure in making moments of delight and laughter. You'll be joining a small team of 10 in our main office which is based in Trafford Park which holds both our production facility and creative team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Due to the nature of the business, we print and ship over 250 orders a day and over 2,000 per day during peak seasons. We need a new team member to join the production team to help us grow the brands exceeding customer expectations and providing the best possible printed product in the quickest timeframe. On a day to day you will be working alongside a team of people in the warehouse to produce and despatch orders for our various brands; Super Socks, Dogsy, Snugzy, Nifty Gifty & Air Bod.
JOB ROLE
Printing of garments using digital and sublimation
Using a heat press on multiple types of fabrics
Managing customer orders
Ensuring all orders leave on time and to the highest quality
Basic production and warehouse duties
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE
Ability to turn around orders with short lead times and tight deadlines
