Ready to qualify into one of London’s leading Real Estate Disputes teams?
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected City practice where you’ll work on genuinely market-leading disputes, gain early responsibility, and develop alongside some of the strongest property litigators in the sector.
If you’re looking for more than just lease renewals and day-to-day landlord and tenant work, this team is involved in some of the most interesting and fast-evolving areas of real estate litigation, including Building Safety Act disputes, major development projects, rights of light claims and high-value strategic disputes for some of the UK’s best-known organisations.
What you’ll be doing
From day one, you’ll be involved in a broad range of contentious property matters including:
• High-value landlord and tenant disputes
• Lease renewals, break notices and dilapidations claims
• Possession and forfeiture actions
• Building Safety Act litigation
• Rights of light disputes
• Development and regeneration projects
• Professional negligence matters
• Complex, business-critical disputes for major commercial clients
You’ll have the opportunity to run your own files, work directly with clients, and play a meaningful role on larger matters from an early stage in your career.
The Team
You’ll join a supportive and ambitious team that genuinely invests in its junior lawyers.
The partners are known for providing hands-on mentoring, meaningful responsibility and clear development opportunities. You’ll be surrounded by talented associates and senior lawyers who want to help you progress rather than simply delegate work.
This is the kind of team where junior lawyers are trusted, visible and encouraged to build their own profile.
