Responsibilities
* Embed within delivery or client teams as a bridge between business, user and technical needs to ensure requirements and solutions meet desired outcomes.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years’ commercial experience as a Business Analyst.
* Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
* Strong relationship‑building, communication and collaborative skills.
* Ability to workshop, map, interview and guide customers to the best solutions.
* Proficiency in producing comprehensive documentation to support upcoming work.
* Comfortable challenging the status quo.
* Proficient using business intelligence tools for reports and dashboards.
* Knowledge of Jira and Visio to best industry practice.
* Excellent soft skills across all project phases.
* Financial and Government experience preferable, but not required.
