:
1. Support customers with technical expertise and onsite assistance to provide assurance of product quality and build customer relationships and allegiance.
2. Conduct comprehensive investigations into quality incidents and non-conformities, determining root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
3. Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and optimize quality processes and systems.
4. Proactively identify potential quality issues and develop strategies to prevent them.
5. Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to ensure product safety and compliance.
6. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement improvements.
7. Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
8. Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Participate in the development and execution of validation protocols and reports.
Requirements:
10. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
11. 3+ years of proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
12. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
13. Exceptional problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
14. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
15. Ambitious and driven to achieve and exceed quality objectives.
16. Ability to compete in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
17. Strict attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless results.
18. Proficiency in using quality tools and statistical analysis software.
The work is being conducted in shifts, covering 6-2 and 12-8, alternating every other week. The role also requires some traveling to customer sites within the UK, Ireland and Europe.
