Thai Sous Chef : High:Volume Production Kitchen : 55,000 + Bonus
Were recruiting a Thai Sous Chef to join a dynamic contract catering operation just outside South:East London, delivering premium food at scale for prestigious international clients.
This role is ideally suited to Thai Sous Chefs from contract catering, aviation catering or large:scale production kitchens, where volume, consistency and organisation are second nature :combined with genuine expertise in Thai cuisine.

The Role
* Support and lead day:to:day kitchen operations within the Thai section.
* Drive consistency, quality and authenticity across all dishes.
* Lead and develop junior chefs within a structured brigade.
* Oversee prep, production and service delivery at scale.
* Work closely with senior chefs on menu development and innovation.
* Maintain high standards of food safety, allergens and due diligence.
About You
* Strong background in authentic Thai cuisine is essential.
* Experience within contract catering, aviation or high:volume production kitchens .
* Reliable, consistent and committed to long:term roles.
