Chartered Commercial Surveyor requirements:
9. At least 3 years of experience in commercial surveying
10. Experience carrying out a broad range of commercial work, including lease renewals, acquisitions, rent reviews, leasehold matters, property management and Red Book valuations,
11. RICS qualification
12. Full UK driving licence
13. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
