About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Commissions Team Manager to lead our Commissions function. This is a great opportunity for a strong people leader with a background in transactional finance, who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll shape the team’s direction, drive continuous improvement, and ensure accurate and timely commission processing as part of an efficient, customer-focused team.

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role
* Lead and develop a high-performing Commissions team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
* Define and manage team objectives, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure consistent performance
* Own and evolve the Commissions strategy to support growth, efficiency, and compliance
* Drive automation and process optimisation across systems and platforms
* Collaborate with Sales and IT teams to ensure seamless operations and manage escalations
* Provide insights and reporting to support decision-making, while maintaining robust controls and audit trails
If you have...
* Proven experience in people leadership, ideally within a finance or commercial operations environment
* Strong understanding of transactional finance and commission structures
* A great ability to think strategically and can translate business needs into operational plans
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in managing commission schemes in a high-volume or sales-driven organisation
* Familiarity with ERP systems and commission software
* Finance or business-related qualification would be desirable (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA – part or fully qualified)
