Ideal Cover Supervisor: Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable). Strong communication and organisational skills as a Cover Supervisor. Confidence in managing groups of students. Ability to adapt quickly and use initiative. A positive, professional, and reliable approach. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
