Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging music lessons to a diverse group of students, ensuring active participation and inclusive learning.
* Create a supportive and creative learning environment that encourages students' musical exploration and development.
* Plan and deliver music activities, workshops, and performances to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of music.
* Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them grow as musicians.
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate music into interdisciplinary projects and events.
* Organize and supervise extracurricular music activities, such as choirs, bands, and school performances.
* Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive educational community.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field.
* Valid teaching certification or qualification.
* Proven experience in delivering high-quality music lessons.
* Sound knowledge of music theory, genres, instruments, and music technology.
* Ability to effectively use technology and digital resources to support music teaching and learning.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
