Responsibilities
* As a Help Article Content Writer, you will work and communicate directly with other areas of the business within an office setting
* You will collaborate with customer support and development teams to gather the necessary information for each article
* You will research and write clear, concise, and accurate help articles, FAQs, and user guides to support our LMS platform
* You will translate complex technical information into user-friendly content
* Update and revise existing help articles to ensure accuracy and relevance
* Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in LMS usage
* Work to improve the robot on the online support chat
Essentials
* Excellent English writing skills
* Excellent editing and proofreading skills
* An ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way
* Strong technical ability
Would Be Great But Not Essential
* Experience as a help article writer, technical writer, or similar role
* Some application development experience
* Bilingual
