HGV Class 1 Night Driver
Location: Manchester area
Shift: Full-time nights
Are you an experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 driver looking for a regular work, Monday to Friday night position in the Manchester area? We are recruiting for a professional driver to join our established team and support our expanding night operations.
Key responsibilities :
* Safely operating an HGV Class 1 vehicle on nightly trunking runs.
* Performing depot-to-depot deliveries and trailer swaps.
* Conducting pre-and-post-vehicle checks to ensure road worthiness.
* Communicating effectively with the transport team regarding schedules and any issues.
* Adhering to all road safety regulations, including tachograph rules and driving hours.
* Ensuring the security of loads and correctly completing all delivery paperwork.
£17.50 an hour, not including your holiday entertainment
