We’re looking for a confident, proactive HR Advisor to join our supportive ER team, reporting to the Senior HR Advisor.\nIn this hands-on role, you’ll provide consistent, compliant advice across a diverse regional portfolio—supporting managers on issues like attendance, grievances, disciplinaries, performance, probation, and flexible working.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nDelivering expert guidance and coaching managers and colleagues on ER issues\nManaging complex casework and attending hearings and meetings\nSupporting ACAS conciliations and Employment Tribunal claims\nAssisting with change management processes including TUPE and restructures\nMaintaining accurate case records and documentation in the HR system\nContributing to training and development initiativesWhat We’re Looking For\n\nProven experience in Employee Relations and casework (Care sector experience is a plus)\nStrong working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices\nCIPD or equivalent HR qualification\nExcellent communication and influencing skills\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail\nConfident managing your own administration and workload\nIT savvy – especially wit...
