Job overview
You will be responsible for contributing to the overall life of the school, with the core purpose of improving the education and lives of the children and young people. Your role includes implementing the Riverbank curriculum by meeting professional teaching standards and teaching pupils. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the pastoral pathway by supporting staff with behaviour, attendance, and welfare concerns.

* Qualified Teacher Status
* Experience leading a team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Empathy and understanding of students' needs
* Ability to support students with complex SEND needs using specialist skills
