Responsibilities: Assist in the provision of technical support for all users and IT infrastructure issues in various environments: Office, Production, Hosting, and remote Workers. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation and administration of IT systems at both sites. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of the organisations hardware and software systems. Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new IT systems as required. Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT infrastructure and user guide materials. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery across the organisation.
