Summary
The role entails assisting the manager in ensuring the safe and smooth running of the nursery. The ideal candidate must be able to follow Little Beans policies and procedures and have a good understanding of the EYFS and the Statutory requirements. As a Room Leader, you would be a key person for a small group of children and must be able to plan activities for them as individuals. Experience of being a room leader is desirable. It is essential they have a level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification. Interested candidates are welcome to arrange a visit to Little Beans to get to know more about us and our ethos!
The successful applicant will need to complete an Enhanced DBS check and must be able to provide two satisfactory references prior to commencing employment.
Responsibilities
* Assist the manager in ensuring the safe and smooth running of the nursery.
* Follow Little Beans policies and procedures and have a good understanding of the EYFS and the Statutory requirements.
* Be a key person for a small group of children and plan activities for them as individuals.
* Utilise prior room leader experience; level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification is essential.
Qualifications
* Essential: Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
* Desirable: Experience of being a room leader.
* Enhanced DBS check and two satisfactory references prior to commencing employment.
