The Role
As a 360 Consultant, you will:
* Build and manage a network of high-quality clients and candidates
* Develop new business while growing existing accounts
* Own the full recruitment lifecycle
* Lead complex negotiations and close deals
* Act as a market expert and thought leader
* Collaborate with your team to deliver on targets
* Mentor and support junior consultants
* Represent and promote the 11 Investments brand
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in agency recruitment (360 model)
* Strong track record of hitting individual and team revenue targets
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* High levels of motivation and accountability
* Commercial mindset with a desire to grow market share
* A collaborative, feedback-driven approach
* Someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment and mentoring others
