Emergency Nurse Practitioner £45-£55,000 per annum North London Our client is opening a brand-new medical facility in North London dedicated to providing top-tier urgent care and minor ailments services to the local community. We are seeking dedicated individuals to help establish this innovative private practice as a beacon of excellence in healthcare. The centre consists of: a private GP practice with GPs and resident specialist medical consultants. The Practice consists of four consulting rooms including an ultra-sound facility; a private minor injuries unit (MIU) staffed by a doctor and nursing staff. The unit consists of four consulting rooms, a plaster room and an Xray unit. We're looking for someone who has the drive, skills and experience to join our team and who together will establish this centre as a successful innovative private practice. Job Summary: As a key member of our team, you will work autonomous practitioner alongside healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients at our state-of-the-art facility. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining clinical excellence and providing exceptional care to our patients. Details: Multiple positions available to cover our extended opening hours (7 days/week early till late), offering flexibility for full-time and part-time. Competitive salary range: £32,519.00-£34,002.00 per year (will go up to £43,500.00-£55,000.00 per year if Band 7) based on experience, with pension and benefits. Job Responsibilities: Assess and triage patients with urgent and minor injuries, delivering timely and appropriate care. Manage a variety of minor injuries independently, from sprains to cuts and burns. Develop and implement treatment plans, including wound care and suturing. Prescribe medications and interventions as needed, following established protocols. Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions. Perform physical examinations, gather health histories, and educate patients on self-care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to regulatory standards. Engage in continued professional development and mentor junior staff when necessary.
