Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services built in Go. Lead internal and customer-facing engineering projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Own backend architecture, contributing to decisions that enhance reliability, maintainability, and long-term scalability. Identify performance bottlenecks, analyse system metrics, and continuously optimise backend systems. Provide mentorship and promote engineering best practices across the team.
