An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Support Officer to join the Corporate Service Support team on a full-time, permanent basis to support the Porth Gofal service area.
About the Role:
The Service Support Officer will be part of the Integrated Community Equipment Stores team, which manages the delivery and installation of specialist health equipment and supports those in need of care and assistance.
You will undertake various administrative duties, including handling telephone calls, inputting and extracting information from IT systems, managing correspondence, minute taking, and other activities in a busy office environment.
Additional duties may include scheduling servicing, liaising with suppliers for stock replacement, and coordinating with staff from health and social care sectors.
The role may also support other services within the Through Age Wellbeing model, requiring flexibility to meet service needs.
About the Candidate:
We seek an individual with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Maths at grade C or above.
The ideal candidate will possess:

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Analytical skills to assess problems and prioritize
* Good numeric and analytical skills
* Understanding of data security and confidentiality

The position requires the candidate to be based at the Ceredigion Independent Living Centre, Felinfach, throughout the working week.
