The Role
We are seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer with Electrical bias to join our Facilities Management team covering Data Centres. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role in a growing team, with the potential for long‑term career development and progression.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting electrical PPM and reactive tasks to exceed customer expectations.
* Maintaining HVAC, mechanical, and fabric aspects of the building as required.
* Managing contractor control duties and ensuring work meets standards.
* Issuing Permits to Work and ensuring compliance with H&S regulations.
* Offering a professional service while representing the company and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Evaluating equipment performance and ensuring it operates to specified criteria.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely administration.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills/Experience
* Experience in a mobile role within Facilities Management (FM), with knowledge of electrical and AC PPM.
* Fully qualified with 18th Edition, NVQ or C&G Installations, AM2. F‑Gas certification is an advantage.
* A proactive approach to client liaison and problem‑solving.
* A valid driver’s license (a company vehicle/allowance is provided).
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience in mobile engineering within FM in critical environments.
* Familiarity with contractor monitoring and control.
* Experience working with UPS.
